Mama Sita's Kare-Kare Mix takes the hard work out of the beloved Filipino peanut stew, delivering that rich, annatto-tinted sauce for oxtail and vegetables.

One pouch, one cup of broth and your choice of meat gets a fiesta-worthy kare-kare on the table, bagoong on the side.

Ingredients:
Peanuts, rice flour, cane sugar, salt, annatto seed extract, corn starch

Allergens:
Contains peanuts. Packed in an environment that handles gluten, celery, mustard, cereals, peanuts, soy beans, milk, nuts and sesame seeds.

How to use:
Dissolve 1 pouch (57g) in 1 cup (250ml) broth. Saute garlic and onion, add boiled oxtail (or meat of choice) and the dissolved mix, simmer 2 minutes, add vegetables such as eggplant, string beans and bok choy and simmer until done. Serves 4-6; serve with sauteed shrimp paste (bagoong).
