The most versatile star of the fiesta, this noodle dish can feature shrimp and chicken in the same bed of garlicky, stir-fried goodness. Serve topped with scrambled egg slices, chopped spring onions, fried garlic and calamansi on the side.
Cooking Instructions (Serves 4-6):
1. Saute 1 tbsp (15 ml) cooking oil, 1 head garlic, 1 pc onion. Make sure the onions wilt before adding 350g (12.3 oz) peeled shrimps. Stir-fry for 3 mins
2. Add 1 pouch Mama Sita's Pansit Bihon Mix, dissolved in 2 cups (500 ml) water. Bring to a boil
3. Add 300g (10.5 oz) mixed vegetables such as carrots, cabbage, green beans. Cook for 2 minutes
4. Add 227g (8 oz) Pancit Bihon. Cook until noodles are tender and vegetables are done, adding more water if necessary. Serve with patis and calamansi
