Nissin Demae Ramen Chicken Flavour is the classic Hong Kong-made ramen with a light chicken broth and sesame seasoning oil.

A three-minute base for a proper bowl, add an egg, greens and char siu if you're feeling fancy.

Ingredients:
Noodles (92%): Wheat Flour, Palm Oil, Salt, Acidity Regulators (E452, E501, E451, E500, E339, E450), Thickeners (E401, E412), Dextrin, Antioxidants (E306, E304), Green Tea Powder. Soup Base: Salt, Flavour Enhancers (E621, E635), White Sugar, Yeast Extracts, Chinese Cabbage Powder, Hydrolysed Soybean Protein, Garlic Powder, Soy Sauce Powder (Soybean, Wheat, Salt), Dehydrated Green Onion, Spices, Onion Powder, Maltodextrin, Rapeseed Oil, Flavourings, Anticaking Agent (E551). Seasoning Oil: Sesame Oil, Rice Bran Oil, Flavourings (Soybean, Wheat, Sesame Seeds), Colour (E160c).

How to use:
Put the noodles in 500ml of boiling water and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat, add the soup powder and seasoning oil, mix well and serve.
