Super Q Special Palabok noodles are the classic Filipino cornstarch noodles behind pancit palabok, luglug and Malabon.

Boil, drain and smother in palabok sauce with chicharon, shrimp and egg for a fiesta favourite.

Cornstarch (90.5%), water, stabilizer (E452)

How to use:
Soak the noodles in tap water for 10 minutes, then boil for 8-10 minutes or until tender. Turn off the heat, stir to loosen (do not drain) and leave the noodles in the hot water for a further 15-30 minutes. Drain, plate, pour over palabok sauce, add toppings and serve with patis and calamansi.
