Terms of service

These terms govern your use of asianminimart.co.uk and any orders you place with Asian Mini Mart.

1. About us. Asian Mini Mart is a trading name of RMB Oriental Foods Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 08551777). Registered office and shop: 61 Cotmandene Crescent, St Paul's Cray, Orpington, BR5 2RA. Contact info@asianminimart.co.uk / 020 8300 8066.

2. Orders. By placing an order you make an offer to buy the items in your basket. A contract is formed when we confirm and accept your order. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is unavailable or mispriced), in which case we will refund any payment taken.

3. Prices and payment. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We take payment at checkout via our secure payment providers. We try to keep prices and stock accurate but errors can occur; if we discover an error we will contact you before proceeding.

4. Availability. Product availability depends on stock in our physical store and can change. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will offer a substitute, credit or refund.

5. Age-restricted products. Some products (for example alcohol) may only be sold to customers aged 18 or over. We may ask for proof of age and can refuse or cancel sale where this cannot be verified.

6. Delivery and collection. See our Shipping Policy, which includes our Store to Door Policy.

7. Your rights. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Liability. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and subject to the courts of England and Wales.
