Aji-No-Moto is the plain white crystal that has been quietly sharpening Asian home cooking for over a century, and in Filipino kitchens the little pack sits next to the salt rather than hidden away. It does not taste of much on its own. Its whole job is to bring out the savoury depth already in your meat, broth, vegetables and sauces.
