Pearl Delight Banana Chips 100g

Filipino banana chips are a different thing from the dry, pale ones sold as health food. Green bananas are sliced, fried in coconut oil and coated in cane sugar, so they come out glassy, dark at the edges and properly sweet. This is classic pasalubong, the bag you bring home for everyone else and then open in the car.

Ingredients:
Green banana, coconut oil, refined cane sugar.

How to use:
Eat straight from the bag, or scatter over porridge, yoghurt or ice cream.
