TRS Black Eye Beans are creamy, earthy pulses with a distinctive dark eye, a staple across Indian, African and Caribbean kitchens. They are wonderful in curries such as lobia, in stews, salads and hearty rice dishes.

How to use:
Rinse well before use. Black eye beans do not require lengthy soaking; simmer in plenty of fresh water for around 30 to 40 minutes until tender, then drain. Add to curries, soups and salads.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, reseal or transfer to an airtight container.
