Greenfields Dried Bullet Chillies 45g

Small, slender dried red chillies with intense heat and a sharp, clean chilli flavour. Drop a few whole into hot oil at the start of a curry, adobo or stir-fry, crumble them into sauces and pickles, or grind them for your own chilli flakes.

Ingredients:
Bullet chilli.

How to use:
Use whole or broken, fried in oil to release their heat, or soaked and blended into pastes. Very hot, so start with one or two.
