Ajinomoto Crispy Fry Original is the Filipino breading mix that turns plain chicken into golden, crunchy fried chicken with seasoning built in.

The 238g party pack coats about a kilo of meat, fiesta fried chicken made easy.

Ingredients:
Corn Starch, Wheat Flour, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Iodised Salt (Salt, Anti-caking (E535), Potassium Iodide), Bread Crumbs (Wheat Flour, Corn Starch, Palm Oil, Modified Tapioca Starch, Salt, Sugar, Yeast), Black Pepper, Garlic, Onion, Stabiliser (E461), Seasoning (including Celery and Soy)

Contains wheat (gluten), celery and soy.

How to use:
Three easy steps: wash and drain the chicken (or meat), coat evenly with Crispy Fry, then deep fry until golden brown. The 238g party pack coats about 1kg of meat. Limit oil to one third of the pan and reuse frying oil no more than twice.
