Dollee Curry Laksa Paste 200g

A ready-made Malaysian curry laksa base from Dollee: soya oil cooked down with onion, galangal, lemongrass, chilli, spices, dried shrimp and candlenut. Add water, coconut milk and noodles and you have a rich, spicy laksa bowl in about 15 minutes.

No artificial colouring added. One pack serves about 5.

Ingredients:
Soya oil, onion, sugar, salt, galangal, lemongrass, chillies (6.5%), coriander, cumin, fennel, garlic, dried shrimps (crustacean) (1.2%), candlenuts (1%), curry leaves, ginger, turmeric, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate E621), preservative (sodium benzoate E211).

Allergens:
Contains crustaceans (dried shrimp) and soya. Also contains candlenut.

How to use:
Mix 1 packet of paste into 1400ml boiling water. Add 200ml coconut milk and 100g fried tofu puffs, bring to a quick boil, then turn to a low flame. Divide blanched yellow noodles and/or rice vermicelli and bean sprouts between 5 bowls, top with steamed chicken, cooked prawns and mint leaves, then pour over the hot laksa soup and serve.
