Eng Bee Tin Hopia Ube 150g
Hopia is the flaky little pastry from Manila's Chinatown, and Eng Bee Tin is the name that made the ube version famous. Thin layers of pastry wrapped around a soft, sweet purple yam filling.
Four to a pack, meant for sharing with coffee or bringing home as pasalubong.
Ingredients:
Purple Yam Paste 42%, White Beans Paste 35%, Sugar, Corn Oil, Palm Oil, Whey Powder (Milk), Butter Fat (Milk), Wheat Flour, Water, Iodised Salt, Colours (E133, E129).

Contains wheat (gluten) and milk. Produced in a facility that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, milk and eggs. Contains the colour E129 (Allura Red AC), which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Ready to eat. Lovely as it is with coffee or tea, and better still warmed through in a low oven for a few minutes so the pastry crisps up again.
