Macapuno is the rare soft, jelly-like coconut, a natural sport of the coconut palm, shredded into sweet strings and kept in syrup. It is a Filipino dessert treasure: spooned into halo-halo, folded through buko salad, or used to top ube cakes and ice cream.

Sugar, macapuno (coconut sport), young coconut, water, stabiliser (E466), preservative (E223) (sulphites).
