Tropical Sun Pistachio Essence 28ml

A small bottle of concentrated pistachio flavouring, the kind that turns a plain sponge, a kulfi or a milkshake green and nutty in two drops. It is a baker's shortcut rather than a nut product, and that vivid green is exactly why the bottle gets mistaken for food colouring on a busy shelf.

Ingredients:
Propylene glycol, water, natural identical and artificial pistachio flavouring, colours E133, E102.

Allergens:
No allergens are declared. The manufacturer states the product is free from wheat, gluten and nuts. Contains the colour Tartrazine (E102), which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

How to use:
Add around two drops per 1kg of mixture, or follow your recipe. Good in cakes, biscuits, ice cream, kulfi and milkshakes.
