Healthy Boy Brand Fish Sauce 700ml

Fish sauce is the salt of Southeast Asian cooking, and Healthy Boy is one of the Thai kitchen standards. It is made from wild-caught anchovies fermented with salt for more than a year, which is where the deep, rounded savouriness comes from rather than a flat saltiness. A bottle this size lasts a long while and earns its place next to the soy sauce.

Ingredients:
Anchovy (50%), Salt (29%), Water (18%), Sugar (3%).

Contains fish (anchovy).

How to use:
Use it wherever a dish needs salt and savoury depth: season soups, curries and stir-fries as they cook, build a dipping sauce with lime, chilli and a little sugar, or use it in marinades for pork and chicken. Add a splash at a time and taste, since it is very salty.

Storage:
Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Replace the cap after use.
