Premium long grain jasmine (fragrant) rice with a soft, fluffy texture and a delicate, naturally nutty aroma. A versatile everyday staple for Filipino, Thai, Chinese and Southeast Asian meals.

Ideal for steamed rice, garlic fried rice, sinangag and as the base for curries and stir-fries. This catering-size sack includes 10% extra free (10kg plus 1kg).

How to use:
Rinse the rice until the water runs clear. Use roughly 1 to 1.25 parts water to 1 part rice, bring to the boil, then cover and simmer or cook in a rice cooker. Rest for 10 minutes, then fluff with a fork before serving.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, transfer to an airtight container to keep out moisture and pests.
