Jongga Napa Cabbage Kimchi 350g

Authentic Korean kimchi made from naturally fermented napa cabbage in a savoury, spicy red pepper sauce. Tangy, crunchy and full of umami, it is a probiotic-rich side dish (banchan).

Serve straight from the pack, stir into fried rice, or use in kimchi jjigae, pancakes and noodles.

Ingredients:
Napa Cabbage (67%), Sauce (23%) [Water, Rice Syrup, Garlic, Red Pepper Powder, Fish Sauce (Anchovy, Salt, Sugar), Sea Salt, Onion, Thickener: Xanthan Gum, Yeast Extract, Ginger, Lactic Acid Bacteria], Radish (8%), Green Onion (2%).

Allergens:
Contains Fish (Anchovy). May contain traces of crustaceans (shrimp).

How to use:
Enjoy cold as a side dish alongside rice and grilled meats, or cook into stews, soups, fried rice and savoury pancakes. The flavour deepens as it continues to ferment.

Storage:
Keep refrigerated. Once opened, reseal and keep chilled, pressing the cabbage below the liquid; consume within a few weeks.
