Kirin Rice Stick is a flat 5mm rice noodle made simply from Thai rice and water. It is the classic noodle for Pad Thai, drunken noodles, stir-fries and noodle soups such as pho.

Naturally gluten free and quick to prepare, these versatile noodles soften in hot water and readily soak up sauces and broths.

Ingredients:
Rice (90%), Water.

How to use:
Soak the rice sticks in a deep bowl of hot water for 5 to 10 minutes until soft. Drain, then add to your stir-fry, soup or salad and cook briefly until tender.
