Knorr Pork Broth Cubes 60g

The little foil wrapped cube that sits behind a great deal of Filipino home cooking. One dropped into the pot is what gives sinigang, nilaga and monggo their savoury backbone, and plenty of cooks crumble one straight into fried rice or a marinade instead of reaching for the salt. A box holds six cubes of 10g each.

Ingredients:
Iodised salt, palm fat, flavour enhancers (monosodium glutamate, ribonucleotide), cornflour, pork (fat and meat), hydrolysed vegetable protein, garlic fat, sugar, spices, colour (caramel), natural flavouring, stabiliser (tetrasodium pyrophosphate), ferric pyrophosphate.

Allergens:
Contains soya, from the hydrolysed vegetable protein. May contain milk. Contains pork, so it is not suitable for vegetarian, vegan, halal or kosher diets.

How to use:
Dissolve one cube in about 500ml of boiling water for a pork broth, or crumble a cube straight into soups, stews, stir fries, rice and marinades in place of salt.
