A quick seasoning mix for making authentic won ton and noodle soup at home. Just dissolve in hot water for a savoury, chicken-and-soy flavoured broth with a hint of sesame and scallion.

Handy for wonton soup, noodle soups, or as a seasoning base for stir-fries and dumplings.

Ingredients:
Salt, Soy Sauce Powder (Soybean, Salt, Wheat), Artificial Chicken Flavour Powder, Sugar, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Sesame Oil, Garlic Powder, Colour (E150c), Pepper Powder, Scallion Powder.

Allergens:
Contains Soya, Wheat (Gluten) and Sesame. Made in a factory that also handles peanuts and seafood.

How to use:
Dissolve the soup base in boiling water to taste, then add cooked won tons, noodles and vegetables. Adjust the amount for a stronger or lighter broth.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal after opening and keep dry.
