Longkou Vermicelli (Sotanghon) 500g

Longkou Vermicelli, known in the Philippines as sotanghon, are fine translucent glass noodles made from mung bean starch.

They turn soft and slippery once soaked and are perfect for soups, stir-fries, spring rolls and pancit sotanghon.

Ingredients:
Mung bean (green bean) starch, pea starch, corn starch, water.

How to use:
Soak in hot water until soft and pliable, then drain. Add to soups, stir-fries, spring roll fillings or braised dishes and cook through.
