Lucky Me! Pancit Canton Chilimansi is the iconic Filipino instant stir-fry noodle, tossing springy canton noodles with chilli heat and zingy calamansi.

Breakfast, merienda or midnight pantry raid, it is ready in minutes with pandesal on the side.

Ingredients:
Noodles: Wheat flour, vegetable oil, iodized salt, acidity regulator (sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate, stabilizers guar gum, sodium polyphosphate), artificial colors with tartrazine, green tea extract. Seasoning: Sugar, flavor enhancers (monosodium glutamate, disodium 5'-inosinate, disodium 5'-guanylate), iodized salt, flavors, spices (red pepper flakes, cayenne), maltodextrin, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, acidity regulator (citric acid), soy sauce powder, dehydrated chives, vitamin A (acetate), anticaking agent (silicon dioxide). Soy sauce: Soy sauce, sugar, color (caramel liquid), stabilizer (guar gum). Oil: Vegetable oil, spices, natural flavor, color (beta-carotene).

Allergens:
Contains wheat, crustaceans, egg, soy and milk. May contain traces of peanuts. Contains tartrazine (E102), which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

How to use:
Cook the noodles in boiling water until just tender, drain, then toss with the seasoning powder, soy sauce and oil sachets. Finish with a squeeze of calamansi or lime if liked.
