Lucky Me! Instant Mami Spicy Labuyo Chicken Flavour Noodle Soup 50g

Mami is the Filipino bowl of noodle soup you reach for when you want comfort fast. This one is built on a savoury chicken broth and then lit up with siling labuyo, the small native chilli that gives Filipino cooking its clean, sharp heat. Springy noodles, a fragrant soup and a proper kick, ready in about three minutes.

Ingredients:
Noodles: Wheat Flour, Vegetable Oil (Palm Oil with Green Tea Extract), Iodised Salt, Sodium Polyphosphate (Humectant), Acidity Regulators (Sodium Carbonate, Potassium Carbonate), Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose (Thickener), Artificial Colours (Tartrazine, Sunset Yellow). Seasoning: Iodised Salt, Flavour Enhancers (Monosodium L-Glutamate, Disodium 5'-Inosinate, Disodium 5'-Guanylate), Sugar, Spices (Red Chilli Flakes, Cayenne, Paprika Oleoresin), Chicken Flavours, Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein, Cornstarch, Vegetable Oil, Whey Powder (Milk), Dehydrated Chives, Xanthan Gum (Thickener), Tartrazine (Artificial Colour), Silicon Dioxide (Anti-Caking Agent).

Allergens:
Contains wheat (gluten), soya and milk. May contain traces of sulphites, egg, peanuts, crustaceans and fish. Contains the colours Tartrazine (E102) and Sunset Yellow (E110), which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

How to use:
Cook the noodles in 2 cups of briskly boiling water for about 3 minutes. Remove from the heat, add the seasoning powder and mix well before serving. Good on its own, or finish the bowl with a boiled egg, shredded chicken or spring onion.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, use promptly.
