Tean's Gourmet Malaysian Chicken Curry Paste (Tumisan Kari Ayam) 200g

Tean's Gourmet Chicken Curry Paste is an authentic Malaysian base for kari ayam (chicken curry). Simply fry the paste and add chicken, coconut milk and water for a rich, aromatic curry in minutes.

It is also a versatile shortcut for curries made with potato, tofu or mixed vegetables.

Ingredients:
Onion, Cooking Oil, Garlic, Chilli, Sugar, Salt, Curry Powder, Lemongrass, Candle Nut, Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium Glutamate (E621)), Galangal, Turmeric, Ginger, Curry Leaves, Modified Starch (E1442), Turmeric Leaf.

Allergens:
Contains candlenut (tree nut).

How to use:
Heat a little oil and fry the whole pack of paste for 2 to 3 minutes until fragrant. Add around 500g of chicken and stir to coat, then pour in coconut milk and water. Simmer until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within a few days.
