Mama Tom Yum brings Thailand's famous hot and sour shrimp soup to a quick bowl of instant noodles. Springy noodles in a fragrant, spicy tom yum broth make a speedy lunch or late-night favourite.

Ingredients:
Wheat Flour (78%), Palm Oil, Salt, Sugar, Chilli Powder, Flavour Enhancers (E621, E635), Spices, Citric Acid, Acidity Regulators (E500, E501, E451), Dried Spring Onion, Colour (Paprika Oleoresin), Thickener (E466), Soy Sauce (Soy Bean, Water, Salt), Flavouring (0.02%), Shrimp Powder (Crustacean) (0.02%).

Allergens:
Contains wheat (gluten), soya and crustaceans (shrimp).

How to use:
Add the noodles to 350ml of boiling water and cook for about 3 minutes. Stir in the seasoning sachets, adjust to taste and serve. For a drier version, cook the noodles, drain, then toss with the seasoning.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, use promptly.
