Mang Tomas is lechon sauce, the thick, sweet, faintly peppery liver-style gravy that arrives with roast pork at every Filipino fiesta. The name is shorthand: if someone says "pass the Mang Tomas", they mean this bottle.

It is called all purpose for good reason. It goes on lechon kawali, crispy pata, fried chicken, barbecue, and plenty of people put it straight on rice or bread and think nothing of it.

Ingredients:
Water, Sugar, Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour, Sugar, Palm Olein), Iodised Salt (Salt, Potassium Iodate), Modified Starch (Corn), Onion, Vinegar, Garlic, Palm Olein, Black Pepper, Chilli, Preservative (Sodium Benzoate), Antioxidants (BHA, TBHQ).

Contains wheat (gluten).

How to use:
Serve as a dipping sauce for roast and fried pork, chicken or barbecue. Also works brushed over meat towards the end of grilling, or spooned over rice.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
