Filipino-style flour stick noodles for making pancit canton, the classic stir-fried noodle dish served at fiestas and everyday meals. Firm and springy, they carry soy sauce, oyster sauce, meat and vegetables beautifully.

Ingredients:
Wheat Flour, Cornstarch, Salt, Water.

How to use:
Blanch or boil the noodles briefly until just tender, then drain. Stir-fry with garlic, your choice of meat or seafood, mixed vegetables and soy or oyster sauce until the noodles have absorbed the flavours.

Storage:
