McCormick Buco Pandan Flavour Extract 20ml

Buko pandan is the pairing that defines Filipino dessert: young coconut and the grassy, vanilla-ish scent of pandan leaves. This little 20ml bottle is the shortcut, giving you both the flavour and the familiar green colour without hunting down fresh pandan.

A few drops is all it takes. It is the standard route to buko pandan salad, and it goes into cakes, gelatin, ice cream and cold drinks just as happily.

Ingredients:
Propylene Glycol, Water, Artificial Pandan Flavour, Artificial Coconut Milk Flavour, Food Colouring (E102, E133).

Allergens:
No major allergens are listed in the ingredients. Contains the colour tartrazine (E102), which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

How to use:
Shake well before use. The maker suggests about half a teaspoon, or 3% by volume per 100ml, for cakes and baked goods, drinks, confectionery, fillings, ice cream and sherbets. It is concentrated, so add a little, mix and taste before adding more.

Storage:
Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Replace the cap tightly after use.
