McCormick Pandan Flavour Extract 20ml

Pandan is the vanilla of the Filipino kitchen, grassy and sweet and instantly familiar. This little bottle of McCormick extract is what most Filipino home bakers actually use, a few drops standing in for a whole bundle of pandan leaves. It is the bottle you reach for when you are making buko pandan for a party.

How to use:
Shake well before use. Add a few drops at a time to buko pandan, gelatine and gulaman desserts, cakes, chiffon and pastries, icings, ice cream, rice desserts and cold drinks, tasting as you go. A very little goes a long way.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the cap tightly closed.
