Mekong Spring Roll Rice Paper Wrappers 22cm 400g

Round 22cm rice paper wrappers for making fresh Vietnamese summer rolls and crispy fried spring rolls. Thin and translucent, they soften in seconds and wrap neatly around any filling.

Ideal for prawn and herb summer rolls, or deep-fried nem, and naturally free from wheat.

Ingredients:
Rice (60%), Tapioca Starch, Salt.

How to use:
Dip one wrapper at a time into a plate of warm water for a few seconds until soft and pliable. Lay flat, add your filling, fold in the sides and roll up tightly. Serve fresh, or deep-fry until golden and crisp.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal the pack after opening to keep the wrappers from drying out.
