Tender green sugar palm fruit (kaong) preserved in a sweet syrup, a colourful Filipino favourite. Its soft, jelly-like bite adds sweetness and texture to festive desserts.

A must-have topping for halo-halo, and lovely stirred through fruit salad, ice cream and gulaman.

Ingredients:
Sugar Palm Fruit (60%), Water (21%), Cane Sugar (19%), Citric Acid, Flavouring, Preservative (E223) (Sulphite).

Allergens:
Contains sulphites (E223).

How to use:
Drain the kaong from the syrup and spoon over halo-halo, fruit salad, ice cream or desserts. Use the syrup too if you like extra sweetness.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated in the syrup and consume within a few days.
