Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce 510g

The everyday oyster sauce, made with oyster extract for that deep savoury-sweet umami that lifts almost anything stir-fried. A spoonful goes into beef and broccoli, stir-fried noodles and greens, and into marinades. Lee Kum Kee has been making Cantonese sauces since 1888.

Ingredients:
Water, sugar, oyster extract (11%) (mollusc) (oyster, water, salt), salt, modified corn starch, flavour enhancer (E621), wheat flour, colour (E150a).

Allergens:
Contains molluscs (oyster) and wheat (gluten).

How to use:
Use as an all-purpose seasoning to lift the savoury taste of meat and vegetables: as a marinade, stirred into stir-fries, or as a condiment. A rough guide is 1 tablespoon per 100g of meat.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
