Toddy palm seed is the soft, jelly-like heart of the palmyra palm fruit: translucent, tender and gently sweet. Sliced and packed in a light syrup, it is a cooling Thai dessert on its own, and a lovely addition to halo-halo, fruit salad and shaved ice.
