Cabalen's Pork Chicharon 80g

Chicharon is the snack that gets passed round with a cold drink and never lasts long. Pork rind puffed up until it shatters, salty and savoury, and just as happy crushed over a bowl of noodles as it is eaten straight from the bag.

Cabalen's do the plain seasoned version, the one most people reach for with a dish of spiced vinegar on the side.

Ingredients:
Pork Rind (99%), Seasoning (contains Flavour Enhancer (E621)), Rusk (contains Wheat Flour, Salt), Dextrose, Hydrolysed Soya Protein, Yeast Extract, Vegetable Oil (used as a processing agent).

Allergens:
Contains wheat (gluten) and soya.

How to use:
Ready to eat. Best with a dip of vinegar, garlic and chilli, or crushed over pancit, arroz caldo, palabok or a green mango salad.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, eat within a day or two to keep it crisp.
