TRS Rose Water 190ml
Rose water is what gives gulab jamun, barfi and rasmalai their perfume, and a splash goes into lassi, kheer and sherbet too. It is also sprinkled at weddings and religious gatherings, so a bottle in the cupboard rarely stays there for cooking alone. Go gently: a teaspoon too many and the whole dish tastes of soap.

Water, rose extract.
How to use:
Add a teaspoon at a time to Indian sweets, milk puddings, syrups and drinks, tasting as you go. Also used as a skin freshener and hair rinse.
