Tiger Tiger Pink Sushi Ginger is a sweet and tangy pickled ginger (gari), the traditional palate cleanser served with sushi and sashimi. Its bright, refreshing bite balances the umami of nori, wasabi and soy.

Beyond the sushi board, it adds a zingy lift to rice bowls, salads, noodles and Asian-inspired dressings.

How to use:
Serve a small amount alongside sushi or sashimi to cleanse the palate between pieces. It also works stirred through rice, noodles and salads. Lift the ginger out with clean utensils and keep the rest submerged in its liquid.
