Wing's Udon Japanese Style Noodles 200g

Thick, chewy Japanese-style udon noodles that are pre-cooked and ready to heat through in minutes. Their soft, springy bite is perfect for hearty noodle soups and quick stir-fries.

Great in a steaming dashi or miso broth, or wok-fried yaki udon with vegetables.

Ingredients:
Wheat Flour, Water, Thickeners (E1420, E401), Wheat Gluten, Salt.

Allergens:
Contains Wheat (Gluten).

How to use:
Loosen the noodles and add to boiling water or hot soup for 1 to 2 minutes until heated through and separated, then drain. Alternatively, stir-fry with vegetables, sauce and protein for yaki udon.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use promptly.
