Mae Ploy Yellow Curry Paste 400g

The mildest and most golden of the Thai curry pastes: warm, fragrant and gently spiced rather than fiery. Fry a spoonful in oil, add coconut milk, chicken or vegetables and potatoes, and you have a rich, comforting yellow curry.

No added MSG, no preservatives and no artificial colour.

Allergens:
Contains crustaceans (shrimp paste). Not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.

How to use:
Stir-fry about 50g of paste in a little oil, add coconut milk and your meat or vegetables, and simmer until cooked. Season to taste. For a milder curry, use less paste.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
